HCS SERIES can product various shapes of springs with high speed and precision servo control so that it has total 5 high resolution servo axis, Pitch axis, 2 Vertical slide axis, Coiling points axis and Feed axis. Therefore, you can economize setup time and tool costs and also can improve productivity with HCS SERIES.
Difficult coil springs with tight tolerance of free length can be made with high speed and good ratio by installing optional free length probe guages on HCA SERIES. User-friendly CNC control software is loaded on HCA SERIES.
